Our Approach

Every programme begins with a structured diagnostic to understand the scientific domain, the institutional context, and the stage of translation. Our design approach is grounded in adult learning and behavioural science, and emphasises retention and application over completion.

We use case studies, clinical formats, and practical tools developed specifically for research and innovation contexts.

Official delivery partner for leading universities to accelerate scale-up pathways and ecosystem integration.

For five consecutive years, we served as the official delivery partner for a leading university’s flagship entrepreneurship and innovation programme.

We designed and delivered a 5-month digital programme, equipping entrepreneurs with business model development, leadership, and investment readiness skills.

The programme culminated in a residential bootcamp, featuring individual mentorship, expert-led workshops, and stakeholder meetings to accelerate scale-up pathways and ecosystem integration.

Martine is an authentic leader, which shines through in everything she does. She has recently facilitated for us on a 7-day programme for the University of Oxford in collaboration with the University of Cambridge aimed at women postdocs in STEM; RisingWISE. Martine was an excellent facilitator using active listening skills and offering guidance and support intuitively when needed.

Martine is also a regular speaker at Enterprising Women events for us, where she always adds value by sharing her career journey honestly and openly, and engaging superbly with the audience, whatever their stage. Thank you for your continued support of our enterprise programmes for women Martine!
