PROGRAMME JOURNEY | 20 April – 12 June 2026

What's included?
  • 25 hrs Venture Translation Microlearning
  • 10+ hrs Expert-led Interpersonal Skills Masterclasses
  • 7 hrs Peer Learning through CREO Learning Circles
  • 1 hr One-to-one mentoring with Martine Abboud (Founder, Forbes 30U30, Oxford PhD)
  • Panel discussion with Health Innovation Experts


The programme is designed to be flexible and compatible with full-time research commitments, while ensuring tangible learning and progression throughout the 7 weeks.

Expected weekly commitment: 3–4 hours per week

This includes:

  • 1 hour live masterclass (Tuesdays, 13:00–14:00 UK time)

  • 1–2 hours of self-paced learning (short videos, tools, templates)

  • 1 hour of practical application (project work, reflection, or mentoring activities)


WHO IS THIS PROGRAMME FOR?

Early-stage innovators at proof-of-concept stage working in:

  • Sciences – natural and life sciences, including molecular biology, biomedical research, pharmacology, public health.
  • Biotechnology – therapeutics, diagnostics, vaccines, synthetic biology, computational biology.
  • Medical Technology (MedTech) – medical devices, digital health solutions, diagnostics, patient care technologies.
  • Physical Sciences – applied physics, chemistry, material science, nanotechnology, and enabling technologies relevant to health and life sciences. 
  • Agriculture and Food Sciences– 
    agri-biotechnology, food systems, food safety, sustainable agriculture, nutrition, and agri-tech innovations.​

With the aim of promoting a One Health approach integrating human, animal, and planetary health
